1. Shipping Methods and Rates FreQuencize™ offers standard shipping via reputable carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS). Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Exact rates and options are displayed during checkout.

2. Order Processing Time Orders typically process within 1-3 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Please allow additional processing time during peak seasons, promotions, or special events.

3. Delivery Time Standard shipping within the contiguous United States usually takes 3-7 business days. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for faster delivery.

4. Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

5. Shipping Restrictions Currently, we ship within the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses at this time.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages If your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact our customer service immediately.
